- "Masao-kun ga iku! Pochitama petto no tabi" was one of the most popular sections among a long-running TV show, where a male Labrador retriever called Masao and a young comedian named Matsumoto traveled throughout Japan. The combination of the naturally foolish behavior of Masao and the humorous exchanges of the expressive Matsumoto gained a nation-wide popularity. That story of a human and a dog will now move beyond the confines of the TV screen and becomes a full-fledged movie!
